We are looking for an experienced STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) Supervisor with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in operating, maintaining, and supervising sewage treatment plants.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of STP processes such as MBBR, SBR, MBR, ASP, and related sewage treatment technologies.
- Experience in operating pumps, blowers, clarifiers, dosing systems, filters, sludge handling equipment, and related machinery.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Familiarity with Pollution Control Board (PCB) norms and environmental compliance.
- Ability to monitor water quality parameters and maintain operational records.
